You then need to be able to face the feelings that cause your panic and anxiety to occur in the first place, and realize that these feelings can not hurt you, and especially are not worth feeling threatened by.
To conclude, I will mention that Anxiety is a serious condition. Whilst there are groups out there that can help you get through this, it is always a very wise choice to speak to your doctor about the possible treatments that are available. Medications may be a viable choice for you, especially in order to help you face the short term challenges that lead to a long term cure. Many people do beat panic and anxiety without the need to resort to medication however. It is all a matter of how you approach your condition, how capable you are of taking ownership of the situation, and how dedicated you are to be well.
